Rotogravure Printing

Gravure printing is primarily a long-run, high-speed, high-quality printing method. Like engraving, gravure is a form of intaglio printing that produces fine, detailed images. It can be used for CMYK printing where each color of ink is applied by its own cylinder and with drying steps in between. It produces high-quality results rapidly delivering a full range of tonal values in photographs .Its cylinders also last for millions of impressions without degradation of image quality. We have imported state of the art rotogravure machine which allows printing of up to 8 colors with turn bar to produce spot printing

Lamination

Laminating is the process through which two or more flexible packaging webs are joined together using a bonding agent. The substrates making up the webs may consist of films, papers, or aluminum foils. In general terms an adhesive is applied to the less absorbent substrate web, after which the second web is pressed against it to produce a two or three layer laminate.

Flexo Printing

Flexographic printing is a popular method for printing large custom made orders at rapid speeds by transferring ink onto the paper or film material using flexible printing plates mounted on fast-rotating cylinders.

Bag Making

We are equipped with bag-making machines that produces several types of custom design bags including diaper bags,courier bags, Three-side seal bags, Stand-up pouches, Centre seal pouches, Side seal Bags, Gusset Bags. This facility can add loop handles, zippers and punch holes to the finished bags as per customer demand as well.

Extruding

We also possess state of the art extruding machines that allow us in-house manufacturing of plastic bags from scratch. In the blown-film extrusion process, small plastic pellets (called resin) are melted down under controlled conditions so that they become molten and pliable. They are then pressed (extruded) through a circular die gap to form a continuous tube of plastic.

Embossing

The embossing process can modify surface areas, elasticity thresholds, coefficients of friction, as well as impact layflat, gloss, reduce noise, adhesion, and alter the bulk density of the film. Embossing can increase the thickness of the material without adding weight to the film.
